Exhibition infrastructure

The Gdansk International Fair Co - means modern trade exhibition infrastructure with professional conference and services facilities, at a total area of 23,000 m^2. Located in the city centre with a nearby port and maritime zone, well situated and with easy access. It means a comprehensive services base in terms of modern exhibiting and the comprehensive servicing of exhibitors, visitors and guests.

We offer:

over 12,000 m² of exhibition area in the modern halls of the Exhibition Centre,
over 1800 m² of exhibition area in temporary pavilions,
6000 m² of outdoor exhibition area,
3000 m² of exhibition structures with extra equipment,
the design and setting up of turnkey exhibition stands,
the organisation of commissioned events (training, seminars, conferences, etc.)
graphic services,
translation services,
accommodation,
fully equipped seminar rooms,
catering infrastructure,
car parks.

Press centre
Accreditation and servicing of the press, organisation of press conferences
Accreditation at all trade exhibitions organised by the Gdańsk International Fair Co. is free of charge and is provided to journalists from home and abroad, together with their support teams, on the basis of a valid press identity card. Accredited journalists receive: ID cards allowing entry to the fairgrounds, a catalogue of exhibitors, information materials, invitations to press conferences and other events accompanying the fair. The press office is at the journalists' disposal.
The Centre also organises press conferences ordered by the exhibitors.
