Exhibitors' Profile

Processing companies and raw material suppliers are the most strongly represented sector at the POLFISH Fair. The second group of exhibitors in terms of the number is the sector which presents comprehensive equipment and auxiliary materials for fish processing: processing equipment, metal and plastic packaging solutions, fish product additives, hygiene products. The next groups are: fish cutter owners and the suppliers of fishery devices and equipment, scientific institutes, trade organisations and the press.

The companies which take part in the Fair mainly come from the countries of Europe. Exhibitors from abroad make up 40% of the participants, the most strongly represented firms being from: Great Britain, Italy, Norway, Spain, Vietnam, Denmark - the exporters of pelagic fish, salmon and gadid fish, as well as fish processing companies and the suppliers of new technologies and equipment.
