Polish VAT

VAT is calculated in accordance with the Polish VAT Act: Article 27 (2) subparagraph 1. Foreign (non-Polish) Exhibitors may apply for VAT refund to II Urząd Skarbowy Warszawa - Śródmieście (2nd Tax Office Warsaw - Centre) following the principles specified in the Minister of Finance Regulation of 23 April 2004 concerning the refund of the goods and services tax to some taxable persons (Journal of Laws No. 89, item 851, as amended).
