1. Only representatives of the jewellery industry can visit the exhibition after pre- or on-site registration.
2. The Registration Office in Hall B7 is open on 10 – 11 March from 9.00 till 17.30, on 10 - 12 March from 9.30 till 17.30 and on 13 March from 9.30 till 16.00
3. The personal entry pass is free of charge, issued upon registration and presentation of an ID (a personal ID document, passport or driving license with a photograph ).
4. The Organiser reserves the right to decline registration of a person who does not represent
   the industry or refuses to present identity document.
5. Paid parking cards will be available in Registration Office from 09th March in Hall B7.
6. The following prohibitions apply: No bringing in luggage during the opening hours,  No photographing of the stands and exhibits without the permission of the Exhibitor. (Accredited photographers will have FOTO badges)
7. LOT Polish Airlines, the official airline of the AMBERIF Fair, offer 15-25% discount for merchants visiting the Fair up to ten days before and after the Exhibition, at all their branch offices. If you wish to take advantage of this offer please contact your nearest LOT Polish Airlines office or travel agent office or visit www.lot.com and quote the Event Code – LOC906.
8. Taxi fare from the Airport to the fairground is approx. 10 EUR. During trade hours shuttle bus will operate from and to the airport.
